RB Coffee for Music

ARTIST COLLABORATION & REVENUE SHARE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made between RB Coffee for Music ("Company") and the applying Artist ("Artist").

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a collaboration in which the Company sells coffee products associated with the Artist, and the Artist receives a percentage of revenue from those sales.

2. Revenue Share

  • The Artist will receive 10% of the gross sale price (excluding shipping fees) for each product sold that is directly associated with the Artist.
  • "Associated products" include any coffee or item linked to the Artist's name, brand, or collaboration.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments will be made monthly.
  • A minimum payout threshold of £20 must be reached before payment is issued.
  • Payments will be made via bank transfer or PayPal (as agreed).

4. Artist Rights & Permissions

The Artist grants the Company the right to use their name, image, and branding for product naming, website promotion, and marketing materials. The Artist also grants the right to feature their bio, music links, and promotional content.

The Artist confirms they own or control the rights to any content they provide.

5. Company Responsibilities

The Company agrees to sell and promote the Artist's associated products, accurately track sales and revenue, and pay the Artist according to the terms of this Agreement.

6. Transparency

The Company will maintain accurate records of products sold, revenue generated, and amount owed. The Artist may request a summary at any time.

7. Term & Termination

  • This Agreement remains active until terminated by either party.
  • Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice.
  • Upon termination, the Artist will still be paid any outstanding earnings and the Company will stop using the Artist's branding for new sales.

8. Independent Relationship

This Agreement does not create employment, partnership, or joint venture. The Artist is an independent collaborator.

9. Liability

The Company is not responsible for the Artist's personal business activities or any third-party claims related to content provided by the Artist.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

I have the legal right to use and share all music, images, and materials I provide to RB Coffee for Music.

I give RB Coffee for Music permission to use my name and content for promotion
This includes my artist name, bio, music links, and any images or materials I provide, for use on the website and in marketing.
